What is a European-Style Bakery?

We’re a European-inspired bakehouse specializing in select and seasonal goods — small-batch pastries, breads, and sweets made with care. Unlike full American-style bakeries, our menu is intentionally focused on quality over quantity. Many of our baked goods do sell out daily so come early!

Do you make everything from scratch?

Yes – every pastry, bread, and dessert is made by hand in our kitchen using time-honored techniques and honest ingredients. There are a few items we may source from other local merchants from time to time but they all meet our exceptionally high standard of quality.

Do you serve breakfast or lunch items?

We focus on baked goods and delicious coffee – think morning pastries, afternoon sweets, and breads to enjoy here at the café or take home – not a full restaurant or lunch menu.

Can I pre-order or reserve items?

We currently bake in limited quantities, so pre-orders are encouraged for popular or seasonal items. Availability may vary by day. Please contact us for special requests and if we can accommodate, we will.

Why do you sometimes sell out early?

Everything is baked fresh daily in small batches. Once it’s gone, it’s gone – which is exactly how we like it.
